ABOUT


Telling you about myself without rambling (I’ve been known to talk a lot) is pretty difficult so I will do my best to be succinct. I think basically all you need to know is that my favourite things (apart from my family and friends) are yoga, coffee and naps; I am a girl obsessed with all kinds of breakfast foods; and that annoying person stood on a chair trying to get the perfect photo of her gluten, soy and dairy free vegan brownie is probably me.



I started my health journey in 2012 when I found I had osteoporosis of the lower spine. After some pretty poor health decisions in the past I slowly began to change. I swapped pounding away hours on the treadmill for weight training and yoga. I educated myself in nutrition and fell in love with cooking. I now eat in a wholesome predominantly plant based way and do my best to convince everyone else that that does not mean boring. I’m currently training to be a yoga teacher, which is the most exciting thing ever. It is something that I can’t wait to share.



This site will be full of recipes, yoga and ideas for living your best life. I hope you find it useful and helpful in some way.
